Job Summary
A two-person, full-time Flex Houseparent role at Milton Hershey School located on-campus in Hershey, PA (relocation assistance provided). Couples reside in on-campus student homes, supervising and mentoring a group of roughly 8–13 students, coordinating household routines, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning developmental and recreational activities, and leading daily devotions including Sunday Chapel. The role includes budgeting, household reporting, and a pathway to a Placed Houseparent position. Required Qualifications
