Job Summary
Full-time Flex Houseparents (two-person married couple) reside on-campus to supervise and mentor 8–13 students, administer medications, drive students to activities, plan and engage in developmental and recreational activities, lead daily devotions and chapel, oversee budgeting and reporting, with an initial nine-on/three-off schedule transitioning to a placed houseparent role; on-campus housing and comprehensive benefits are provided.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
- Two-person role for married couples (both spouses must complete individual applications)
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
Additional Requirements
- Both spouses must be legally married for at least two years
