Job Summary
Two-person Full-time Flex Houseparent role on a campus, living in student homes to supervise ~8–13 students, provide care, mentorship, scheduling, medication administration, transportation to activities, and lead daily devotions and Sunday Chapel. Responsibilities include managing household routines, budgeting and reporting, and transitioning to a placed Houseparent role. Requires longstanding commitment, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, valid driver’s license, and willingness to relocate with spouses to the assigned campus; comprehensive benefits and relocation assistance provided.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Two-spouse collaboration
- Both spouses must complete individual applications
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Experience with youth or volunteering with youth
- Age 27 or older for both spouses
- No more than three dependent children in home
- Smoke-free and weapon-free campus
- Judeo-Christian chapel participation
- Relocation to Hershey, PA (or Round Rock TX per hint)
