Student Support Caregiver - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Two-person, married-couple team to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents at Milton Hershey School. Residents live on-campus in student homes and provide daily supervision, mentorship, and guidance for 8–13 students, manage household routines and student schedules, administer medications, drive students to activities, plan and engage in developmental and recreational activities, lead daily devotions and accompany students to Sunday Chapel, oversee budgeting and household reporting, and transition from a nine-days-on/three-days-off schedule to a placed houseparent role. Requires a two-year married status, both spouses 27+, valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and a high school diploma or GED. Compliance with campus policies (smoke-free, weapon-free, no alcohol on duty) and ability to lead devotional activities in a Judeo-Christian context.
