Job Summary
Full-time Flex Houseparents (two-person couple) living on campus in Hershey, PA, to supervise and care for a group of 8–13 students in on-site homes; responsibilities include supervising, mentoring, managing routines, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning and leading developmental/recreational activities, facilitating daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and reporting. Initially rotating nine days on/three off, with eventual placement in a single student home. Benefits include relocation assistance, medical/dental/vision, retirement options, paid time off, and a total compensation around $180,000 for the couple. Requires a high school diploma or GED, valid U.S. driver’s license, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and both spouses must be legally married for at least two years and 27+. Must be comfortable supporting Judeo-Christian chapel services and living in a smoke- and weapon-free campus; alcohol not permitted on duty.
Required Qualifications
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
- Two-person role for couples married for at least two years
- Both spouses age 27 or older
- No more than three dependent children in home
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- High school diploma or GED
