Job Summary
Full-time Flex Houseparents (two-person married couple) reside on campus in student homes and provide care, supervision, and guidance for 8–13 students, including administering medications, driving to activities, planning developmental/recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Chapel, and overseeing household routines and budgeting, with a nine-days-on, three-days-off schedule and eventual placement as a consistent home pair.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Two-spouse two-year marriage requirement
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Comfort leading daily devotions and accompanying to Judeo-Christian Sunday Chapel
- No alcohol on duty; smoke-free and weapon-free campus
- Ability to work in on-campus homes with 8–13 students
- Relocation assistance and paid training provided
