Full-time Flex Houseparents at Milton Hershey School: a two-person married couple role living in on-campus student homes with 8–13 students, providing care, supervision, and guidance. Responsibilities include daily supervision/mentorship, managing routines and schedules, administering medications, driving and coordinating developmental/recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and household reporting. Work pattern starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual transition to a Placed Houseparent living with the same group.
