Student Support Caregiver - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Two-person married-couple Full-time Flex Houseparents at Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA (Ashland, KY site hint) reside in on-campus student homes to supervise and support 8–13 students. Duties include daily supervision, mentorship, medication administration, driving to activities, planning developmental/recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, budgeting and reporting, and transitioning to a Placed Houseparent role. Schedule begins with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off; includes relocation assistance and comprehensive benefits. Requires high school diploma or GED, valid U.S. driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and a commitment to a smoke- and weapon-free campus. Applicants must be legally married for at least two years and both spouses must complete individual applications.
