Job Summary
Full-time Flex Houseparents live in on-campus student homes in Hershey/Hershey-area housing arrangements, providing care, supervision, and mentorship to a group of 8–13 students; responsibilities include daily supervision, scheduling, medication administration, transporting students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. Initially on a nine-on, three-off schedule with a transition to a placed houseparent living arrangement, with relocation assistance provided.
Required Qualifications
- Two-spouse role requires both spouses to complete individual employment applications
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
