Job Summary
Full-time Flex Houseparents (two-person married couple) reside in on-campus student homes to provide supervision, mentorship, and care for 8–13 students, including managing routines, administering medications, coordinating activities, driving students to activities, leading devotions and chapel, budgeting, and reporting. Schedule begins with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with potential transition to a Placed Houseparent role living with the same group of students. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Two-spouse requirement (two-person role)
- Must be legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Comfort leading daily devotions and chapel services
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
