Student Support Caregiver - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Full-time Flex Houseparents for Milton Hershey School to reside in on-campus student homes and supervise approximately 8–13 students. Couples provide care, guidance, supervision, and support, including daily supervision, mentorship, medication administration, driving students to activities, planning developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, budgeting and household reporting. The role begins with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual placement as a Houseparent living with the same group of students. Requires two spouses who are legally married for at least two years, both aged 27 or older, and a high school diploma or GED. Additional duties include lifting up to 50 lbs, valid driver’s license, and commitment to a smoke- and weapon-free campus.
