Student Support Caregiver - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Married couple needed as Full-time Flex Houseparents to reside in on-campus student homes and provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for a group of 8–13 students. Responsibilities include supervising daily routines, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and leading developmental and recreational activities, directing daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and reporting. The role starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual transition to a placed houseparent in the same student home. Relocation to Hershey, PA is required; compensation per person is $44,768 annually plus comprehensive benefits and housing/meal utilities included.
