Job Summary
Full-time Flex Houseparents reside in on-campus student homes, providing care, supervision, and guidance for a group of ~8–13 students, including daily supervision, transportation to activities, devotions, chapel attendance, budgeting, and household reporting. The role transitions from initial nine-on/three-off duty blocks to a Placed Houseparent assignment living with the same student group. Requires a two-person, married couple team with both spouses applying individually; includes relocation to Hershey, PA, and on-campus housing with comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
