Student Support Caregiver - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Two-person Full-time Flex Houseparent role at Milton Hershey School. Couples reside on campus, provide care, supervision, and guidance to a group of approximately 8–13 students, including daily supervision, medication administration, transportation to activities, developmentally appropriate planning, devotional leadership, budgeting, and reporting. Initially the schedule is nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual placement in a shared student home. Requires a legally married couple for at least two years, both spouses 27+, high school diploma or GED, valid U.S. driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, willingness to relocate to Hershey, PA, and a commitment to a safe, faith-aligned campus environment.
