Job Summary
Two-person Flex Houseparents, a full-time on-campus role at Milton Hershey School, reside in student homes and provide care, supervision, and support for 8–13 students. Responsibilities include supervising and mentoring students, managing household routines and schedules, administering medications, driving to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and chapel, and overseeing budgeting and reporting. The role starts with a nine-on, three-off schedule and progresses to a placed houseparent assignment with the same group of students.
