Student Support Caregiver - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Two-person, married couple needed as Full-time Flex Houseparents at Milton Hershey School. Couples reside in on-campus student homes to provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for 8–13 students, including overseeing routines, administering medications, driving to activities, planning developmental/recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and managing household budgeting/reporting. Schedule starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual transition to a placed houseparent role living with the same group of students. Benefits include relocation assistance and comprehensive coverage. Requires a valid U.S. driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and high school diploma or GED. Both spouses must complete individual employment applications for consideration.
