Student Support Caregiver - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Full-time Flex Houseparents live on-campus at Milton Hershey School and provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for a group of 8–13 students in a student home. The role is a two-person, married-couple position that includes daily supervision, mentorship, managing household routines and schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions, and accompanying students to Sunday Chapel. Houseparents oversee budgeting and household reporting and follow a schedule of nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual placement into a fixed student-home assignment. The position requires a legally married couple for at least two years, both spouses aged 27 or older, a valid U.S. driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and adherence to campus rules including a smoke-free, weapon-free, and alcohol-free environment.
