Student Support Caregiver - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Full-time Flex Houseparents (two-person, married-couple role) reside in on-campus student homes in Jeffersonville, IN, and provide daily supervision, mentorship, and care for a group of 8–13 students. Responsibilities include supervising routines, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, budgeting and reporting, and transitioning to a placed houseparent position. The schedule initially follows nine consecutive days on duty with three days off, with relocation to Hershey, PA noted.
