Job Summary
Two-person Full-time Flex Houseparents reside on campus and oversee a student home with 8–13 students, providing daily supervision, mentorship, and support. Responsibilities include managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and reporting. The role transitions from initial nine-on/three-off duty days to a Placed Houseparent arrangement living with the same group of students. Required Qualifications

Additional Requirements
- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
