Job Summary
Student Support Caregiver roles for married couples (Full-time Flex Houseparents) at Milton Hershey School. Couples reside in on-campus student homes, providing daily supervision, mentorship, and support for 8–13 students. Responsibilities include managing household routines, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning developmental/recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Chapel, and budgeting/reporting. Schedule starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual placement in a single student home. Includes relocation assistance and comprehensive benefits. Two-person, fully on-campus role requiring both spouses to apply individually.
