Job Summary
Two-person, on-campus live-in role as Full-time Flex Houseparents for a group of approximately 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision, mentorship, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Chapel attendance, budgeting, and household reporting. Schedule begins with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual placement into a shared student home as a Placed Houseparent. Benefits include salary per person with comprehensive medical/dental/vision, retirement options, relocation assistance, paid time off, and housing/ meals on duty.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
- Two-spouse role must be legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol on duty
