Job Summary
Two-person Full-time Flex Houseparent team to reside in on-campus student homes, providing care, guidance, supervision for a group of approximately 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental/recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. Schedule begins with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual transition to a Placed Houseparent role living and working with the same group of students. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Two-year marriage or longer
- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol on duty
- Age 27 or older for both spouses
- Demonstrated integrity and professionalism; ability to supervise and mentor youth
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Both spouses must complete individual employment applications
