Student Support Caregiver - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Flex Houseparents (two-person, married-couple) reside in on-campus student homes to provide daily supervision, mentorship, and support for 8–13 students. Responsibilities include supervising routines, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. Schedule starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual placement into a fixed student-home upon transition. On-site housing is provided as part of compensation; relocation assistance is offered. Requires high school diploma or GED, validity of U.S. driver’s license, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and living as a two-person married couple committed to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; both spouses must apply individually for consideration.
