Job Summary
Student Support Caregiver role for married couples serving as Full-time Flex Houseparents at Milton Hershey School. Couples reside in on-campus student homes, provide daily supervision, mentorship, and care for a group of 8–13 students; responsibilities include managing routines, administering medications, driving to activities, planning and engaging in developmental/recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Chapel visits, budgeting, and household reporting. Schedule starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three off, with potential transition to a Placed Houseparent role living with the same students. Requires on-site presence, relocation to Hershey/Mansfield area, and two-person married couple eligibility. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
- Comfort leading students in daily devotions and Chapel services
- Ability to become certified to drive student home vans
