Job Summary
Two-person Full-time Flex Houseparents living on campus to supervise 8–13 students, provide care, guidance, supervision, and support; manage household routines, medications, transportation, and planning of developmental/recreational activities; lead daily devotions and accompany students to Sunday Chapel; oversee budgeting and household reporting; nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with potential transition to a placed houseparent role living and working with the same student group in their own home; relocation assistance provided and benefits include comprehensive medical/dental/vision, retirement options, and paid time off.
