Job Summary
Flex Houseparents (two-person role for married couples) reside in on-campus student homes to provide daily supervision, mentorship, and care for 8–13 students. Responsibilities include supervising activities and routines, administering medications, driving students to activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, budgeting, and household reporting. Initially, nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with potential transition to a Placed Houseparent role living with the same group of students. Includes relocation to Hershey, PA, with salary per person of $44,768 plus comprehensive benefits and relocation assistance.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs.
