Student Support Caregiver - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Two-person Full-time Flex Houseparents to reside in on-campus student homes at Milton Hershey School, supervising and mentoring a group of 8–13 students, managing household routines, administering medications, and driving students to activities. Responsibilities include planning and engaging students in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and household reporting, and transitioning to a placed houseparent role over time. Schedule begins with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off; relocation assistance is provided and on-campus housing and meals are included as part of total compensation. Requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid U.S. driver’s license with ability to become certified to drive student home vans, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Must be legally married for at least two years with both spouses aged 27 or older; family constraints include limits on dependent children and a smoke-free, weapon-free campus.
