Student Support Caregiver - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Two-person Full-time Flex Houseparent role on Milton Hershey School campus in Hershey, PA, delivering care, guidance, supervision, and support for 8–13 students in an on-campus home. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, managing routines and schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Chapel attendance, overseeing budgeting and reporting, and transitioning to a Placed Houseparent with the same student group. Schedule starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with relocation to on-campus housing and comprehensive benefits; includes paid training and relocation assistance. Qualifications require experience with youth, two-year spouse marriage, both spouses aged 27+, HS diploma or GED, ability to lift 50 lbs, and valid U.S. driver’s license; both spouses must complete individual applications for consideration.
