Job Summary
Student Support Caregiver – a two-person, full-time Flex Houseparent role located on Milton Hershey School campuses in Pennsylvania. Couples reside in on-campus student homes to provide care, supervision, and mentorship for groups of 8–13 students, manage household routines and schedules, administer medications, drive students to activities, lead daily devotions and Chapel attendance, oversee budgeting and reporting, and transition from Flex Houseparent to Placed Houseparent. Requires both spouses to complete individual applications. Salary is $46,917 per person (approx. $180,000 total per couple) with relocation and comprehensive benefits.
