Job Summary
Full-time Flex Houseparents: a two-person, married-couple role residing in on-campus student homes to care for 8–13 students, providing supervision, mentorship, routines management, medications administration, transportation to activities, developmental/recreational planning, daily devotions, and campus reporting. Initially nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual placement in a single student home. Benefits include salary per person with relocation assistance and comprehensive coverage; includes paid time off and training.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Valid U.S. driver's license
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs
- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol on duty
- Demonstrated integrity and professionalism; role-model duties
