Job Summary
Full-time Flex Houseparents (two-person, married couple) reside in on-campus student homes to supervise and mentor 8–13 students, manage household routines, administer medications, drive students to activities, plan developmental and recreational activities, lead daily devotions, and oversee budgeting and reporting. The role advances from a nine-on/twelve-off cycle to a placed Houseparent with continued same-student-home assignment. Requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid U.S. driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and a legally married couple with both spouses aged 27+. Relocation to Hershey, PA is provided, including housing and benefits; relocation assistance and paid training are included. Both spouses must complete individual applications to be considered.
