Student Support Caregiver role for married couples as Full-time Flex Houseparents at Milton Hershey School. Couples reside in on-campus student homes, provide care, supervision, and support for groups of approximately 8–13 students, manage routines and activities, administer medications, drive students to activities, lead devotions and chapel attendance, oversee budgeting and reporting, and transition from nine-on/three-off schedules to placed houseparent assignments.
