Job Summary
Student Support Caregiver duties involve living on-campus in a two-person, married-couple role as Full-time Flex Houseparents. Responsibilities include supervising and mentoring 8–13 students, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and coordinating Chapel attendance, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. The role starts with a nine-on, three-off schedule and transitions to a placed Houseparent position living with the same group of students. Compensation per person is $46,917 with comprehensive benefits and relocation assistance.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Two-spouse requirement for role
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs
- Commitment to on-campus housing for students
- Demonstrated integrity and professionalism
