Student Support Caregiver - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Full-time Flex Houseparents (two-person, married-couple team) live in on-campus student homes at Milton Hershey School and provide daily supervision, mentorship, and care for 8–13 students. Responsibilities include supervising routines and schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions, and accompanying students to Sunday Chapel. The role starts with a nine-days-on, three-days-off schedule and transitions to a placed houseparent living-and-working arrangement. Relocation assistance and paid training are provided. Requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid US driver's license, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and a commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus. Applicants must be legally married for at least two years and both spouses must apply independently; both must be aged 27 or older. Offered compensation is $44,768 per person annually, with comprehensive benefits.
