Job Summary
Provide daily supervision, mentorship, and household routine management for 8–13 students in on-campus homes. Administer medications, drive students to activities, and lead daily devotions while planning recreational engagements. Oversee budgeting and household reporting, ensuring a structured, family-like environment supports academic, emotional, and social development. Schedule involves nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off. Both spouses must be married for at least two years, aged 27 or older, with a high school diploma or GED. Valid U.S. driver's license and ability to obtain certification to drive student home vans are required. Relocation to Hershey, PA is mandatory.
Required Qualifications
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol permitted while on duty
- Valid U.S. driver's license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- High school diploma or GED required
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs.
Desired Qualifications
- Comfort leading students in daily devotions and accompanying them to Judeo-Christian Sunday Chapel services (proselytizing prohibited)
