Student Support Caregiver - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Milton Hershey School is hiring a two-person, full-time Flex Houseparents team (married couple) to reside in on-campus student homes in Hershey, PA (relocation required region). The role involves daily supervision and mentorship of a group of approximately 8–13 students, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications and ensuring wellness, driving students to activities, planning and leading developmental and recreational activities, daily devotions, and accompanying students to Sunday Chapel. The on-duty schedule starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with a later transition to a placed houseparent role living and working with the same group of students. Benefits include salary per person around $46,917 with an approximate $180,000 total for the couple, plus comprehensive benefits, relocation assistance, and paid training.
