Job Summary
Provide daily supervision, mentorship, and guidance for 8–13 students while managing household routines and schedules. Administer medications, ensure wellness, and drive students to activities. Plan and actively engage in developmental and recreational activities, lead daily devotions, and accompany students to Sunday Chapel. Oversee budgeting and household reporting. Work nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off. Transition to a Placed Houseparent role living with the same students. Requires a married couple, both 27+, with youth experience and a valid driver's license.
Required Qualifications
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
- Valid U.S. driver's license
- Ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs.
