Job Summary
Provide daily supervision, mentorship, and household management for approximately 813 students in on-campus homes. Administer medications, drive students to activities, and lead devotions and chapel services while planning recreational engagements. Oversee budgeting and household reporting to maintain a structured, family-like environment supporting academic, emotional, and social development. This two-person role requires legally married couples (minimum two years) aged 27 or older, with unscheduled weekday time available. A working schedule involves nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off. Relocation to Hershey, PA is required.
Required Qualifications
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol permitted while on duty
- Valid U.S. drivers license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Comfort leading students in daily devotions and accompanying them to Judeo-Christian Sunday Chapel services (proselytizing prohibited)
- High school diploma or GED required
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs.
- Demonstrated integrity and professionalism
- High level of commitment to student success from both spouses
- Relocation to Hershey, PA Required
