Job Summary
Provide daily supervision, mentorship, and household management for 8–13 students in on-campus homes. Administer medications, drive students to activities, and lead devotions and recreational engagement. Oversee budgeting and reporting while ensuring a structured, family-like environment. Follow a schedule of nine consecutive duty days followed by three days off. Both spouses must be married at least two years, age 27 or older, and hold a valid driver's license. Salary is $46,917 per person with relocation assistance and paid training provided.
Required Qualifications
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol permitted while on duty
- Valid U.S. driver's license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- High school diploma or GED required
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs.
- Demonstrated integrity and professionalism
Desired Qualifications
- Comfort leading students in daily devotions and accompanying them to Judeo-Christian Sunday Chapel services (proselytizing prohibited)
