Job Summary
Milton Hershey School is seeking a compassionate Student Support Caregiver to nurture and guide students in a residential, pre-K–12 environment. Responsibilities include providing daily care and supervision, modeling positive behavior, promoting social-emotional growth, supporting students’ routines, reinforcing life skills, and maintaining a safe, inclusive home setting. You will work closely with education and community services staff to help students thrive academically, socially, and personally in a residential setting.
