Job Summary
Compassionate Student Support Caregiver needed at Milton Hershey School to nurture and guide students in a residential, pre-K–12 environment. Provide daily care and supervision, model positive behavior, and promote social-emotional growth. Collaborate with education and community services staff to support students’ routines, reinforce life skills, and maintain a safe, inclusive home setting. Ideal candidates are patient, dependable, and dedicated to helping children succeed across academic, social, and personal growth dimensions.
