Student Support Caregiver

Provide daily care and supervision for students in a residential, pre-K–12 environment while modeling positive behavior and promoting social-emotional growth. Support students' routines, reinforce life skills, and maintain a safe, inclusive home setting through close collaboration with education and community services staff. Work in a compassionate manner to help children from diverse backgrounds thrive academically, socially, and personally within the Milton Hershey School's residential community.
