Job Summary
Student Support Caregiver at Milton Hershey School provides daily care and supervision in a residential, pre-K–12 setting. Responsible for supporting students’ routines, modeling positive behavior, promoting social-emotional growth, and reinforcing life skills while maintaining a safe, inclusive home environment. Works closely with education and community services staff to help students thrive academically, socially, and personally; requires patience, dependability, and a passion for helping children from diverse backgrounds.
