Student Support Caregiver

Provide daily care and supervision for students in a residential pre-K–12 environment, supporting routines and reinforcing life skills. Model positive behavior to promote social-emotional growth while maintaining a safe, inclusive home setting. Work closely with education and community services staff to nurture and guide students from diverse backgrounds. This role is part of the Milton Hershey School's residential program, focusing on helping children thrive academically, socially, and personally.
