Student Support Caregiver at Milton Hershey School provides daily care and supervision for students in a residential, pre-K–12 environment. Responsibilities include modeling positive behavior, promoting social-emotional growth, supporting students’ routines, reinforcing life skills, and maintaining a safe, inclusive home setting. Works closely with education and community services staff to nurture and guide students, helping them thrive academically, socially, and personally in a residential setting.
