Student Support Caregiver

Provide daily care and supervision for students in a residential pre-K through 12 environment. Model positive behavior, reinforce life skills, and maintain a safe, inclusive home setting while supporting routines and promoting social-emotional growth. Work closely with education and community services staff to nurture and guide students from diverse backgrounds. This compassionate role at Milton Hershey School focuses on helping children thrive academically, socially, and personally within a residential setting.
