Job Summary
Student Support Caregiver needed at Milton Hershey School to nurture and guide students in a residential, pre-K–12 environment. Responsibilities include daily care and supervision, modeling positive behavior, promoting social-emotional growth, supporting students’ routines, reinforcing life skills, and maintaining a safe, inclusive home setting. Works closely with education and community services staff to help students thrive academically, socially, and personally. Ideal candidates are patient, dependable, and passionate about helping children from diverse backgrounds.
