Job Summary
Provide daily care and supervision in a residential, pre-K–12 setting at Milton Hershey School. Responsibilities include modeling positive behavior, promoting social-emotional growth, supporting students’ routines, reinforcing life skills, and maintaining a safe, inclusive home environment. Collaborate with education and community services staff to help students thrive academically, socially, and personally. Ideal candidates are patient, dependable, and passionate about helping children from diverse backgrounds succeed in multiple dimensions.
