Job Summary
Provide daily care and supervision for students in a residential pre-K–12 setting at Milton Hershey School. Support routines and life skills while modeling positive behavior and promoting social-emotional growth. Work closely with education and community services staff to maintain a safe, inclusive home environment where students from diverse backgrounds thrive academically, socially, and personally.
