Student Support Caregiver

Provide daily care and supervision for students in a residential, pre-K–12 environment while modeling positive behavior and promoting social-emotional growth. Support students' routines and reinforce life skills, working closely with education and community services staff to maintain a safe, inclusive home setting. This role requires patience, dependability, and a passion for helping children from diverse backgrounds thrive academically, socially, and personally within the Milton Hershey School community.
